Service Description

The event space is named the Epicure Room and is perfect for private parties, corporate off-sites, film production, cooking events, pop-ups, art shows, indoor markets and much more. Whether you want to design and operate a 2-day brunch pop-up or a movie set, the spaces can be transformed for nearly any need or style. The EPICURE ROOM is a gorgeous event space that easily accommodates 135ppl inside, plus 30-40ppl in the private outdoor courtyard. The space consists of table & bar seating with lovely furnishings that set a chic atmosphere for a variety of social & business events. With its full-service wet-bar and access to an extraordinary commercial kitchen (for optional onsite catering), this ADA-accessible space makes hosting a casual networking event or elegant seated dinner seem effortless. And the cherry on top is its private outdoor courtyard, which is beautifully appointed with string lighting, cushioned bench & bistro seating, greenery and crisp autumn air. The entire facility is 3600sf and consists of a large, commercial shared-kitchen with prep areas, storage, and walk-in coolers on the basement level. Two additional bathrooms are in the basement for a total of 4 bathrooms in the facility. The kitchen is a separate rental from the event space. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule (we get it), simply cancel through the site or send us an email to let us know. Non-members cancelling or rescheduling more than 48hrs before your time will not incur a charge; however, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48hrs, then you will incur a fee of $20. Members who pay for monthly membership may be waived this fee on a case by case basis. We hope to see you soon!
